Warranty Policy
The standard warranty is 2 years, with the option to extend the warranty period for an additional fee.The warranty period is calculated from the date of acceptance.
Repair Coverage
We cover warranty on our entire product lines from modules, any components included in power box and exterior frames. If any parts fails to function, the buyer can send the parts back to the supplier who will fix or replace them and return to the buyer. Each party (the buyer and the supplier) covers the one way transportation cost.

If you require help in other languages, we can provide you with translated messages. Installation and Disassemble Guides
While we provide installation guides to every customer, there are some area that we may need to provide you with some more clarity. In this case you can message us via Wechat, Facebook or Support Ticket page (will be available soon).
We can also let you know what kind of labourers you may need for installation and disassembly, if you need somebody else to do it.
Returning Used Products and Recycle Program
While we cannot provide refunds of the product, you have the option to recycle and reduce waste at your end.
